The following information is provided to assist you with any queries you may have in regard to the installation of your new floor.
- When booking in to have your new flooring installed, it is recommended that you give at least a week’s notice. During busy periods, such as school holidays and leading up to Christmas, it may be necessary to book up to four weeks in advance.
- If you wish to know the approximate time that the floor installers will arrive on the day of installation, please contact the office between 3pm — 5pm the day prior to installation on 1300996449. We do recommend, however, that you allow the full day.
- If you are taking up and disposing of the existing floor coverings or moving your own furniture, this must be done prior to the installer’s arrival.
- If you have paid extra for the floor installers to move your furniture, please ensure that all small breakable items have been moved, cabinets emptied and beds stripped. Also it is necessary for you to disconnect electrical equipment and computers, which you will need to reconnect upon completion.
- It is necessary to have billiard tables and pianos moved professionally. Your Flooring Junction salesperson can recommend an appropriate company.
- In regard to payment of your account our terms are: Day of sale – 30% Deposit, 3 days prior to laying— balance of materials, Installation Date — Labour
- Please note all jobs that are $1000 or under are required to be paid in full upon acceptance of quotation.
