Flooring Junction are able to arrange for our floor installers to do this for you, however, there is an additional cost and this must be arranged prior to the day of installation so that we can provide the appropriate installers.
It is the customer’s responsibility to organize someone to plane the doors to accommodate the thicker carpet. It this has not been done prior to the installers arrival, he will remove the doors in order to complete the job and then leave them off to allow you to have them planed.
No, it is very important that the smoothedge is left intact and not removed, as removing it could damage a concrete subfloor, leaving holes. The carpet installer will replace it if required.
No, however they will remove all scraps of leftover carpet. If there are any pieces leftover that you would like to keep as mats, then advise the installer to leave them on site for you

The trims for your job, if required, will be selected at the time of the site measure. If a selection is not made then, Flooring Junction will make a selection best suited to the floor.
